Amber Gist, M.Ed.

Amber is a public educator and counselor who has served the Collin County community for more than ten years. She brings a teacher's clarity to every appointment — instructions are simple, the process is calm, and clients leave confident.

Amber is a pillar in the community, active in outreach programs, and a proud member of the Prosper, Celina, and Frisco Chambers of Commerce.

Through this work, Amber has guided thousands of documents across the finish line — including notarizations for estates and real estate, Remote Online Notarization sessions, and international authentications for use in foreign countries through apostille or full legalization when required.

No. Prosper Notary & Apostille is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal document preparation is handled by independent partners under their own licenses; we focus on notarization, apostille, and document facilitation.

Where are you located, and how far do you travel?

Our home office is in Prosper, Texas. In person, we serve Prosper and the entire DFW Metroplex, and our mobile notary travels to homes, offices, hospitals, and title companies. We also offer Remote Online Notarization anywhere in the world.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, are bonded with a state-required surety bond, and complete a third-party background screening every year.

What credentials does the notary hold?
